Fajitas

I always talk about the versatility of Xerarchs salsa. Here is my home made fajitas. Sliced steak, bell pepper, onion, a jar of salsa, about a 1/4 cup of oil, 1/4 cup of lime juice, a splash of water and a little sugar. Marinated overnight in the fridge and it will juice up nicely. Fry everything together with the juice hot and fast until the meat is slightly pink the center. Delicious.
